Recently our newly built real estate office was use for our meeting. It was really a very comfortable office because the air conditioning is cold and I’m quite impressed with the audio visual system provided by Crestron. Before I had no idea how the new office looks like but when I enter the room for the first time, I can feel that there’s something in the room. What really impressed me about the room is they’re now using Crestron touchpanels which is really cool.
This meeting went very smoothly with the latest technology used on this new real estate office. Actually we just had an introduction on what are the things need to remember with the new office and how we will use it. It’s pretty cool honestly to have this kind of business office. It really inspire and help you in your work to work hard more.

We will be conducting a home improvement later this week. And we already made our shopping online that we will use on real estate home improvement. I only have problems though I’m looking for pc help because my PC won’t start anymore. I’m glad that I’ve found someone who could help me regarding our problems in our personal computer. Honestly I don’t know much about internet and personal computers.

The FHA has announced that they are trying to raise the limits on the price of homes that they will finance with their loans. The Expanding American Homeownership Act is still going through legislation, but if it passes then certain areas of the country may be able to take out larger loans through the FHA to purchase or refinance homes.
Currently the FHA loan limits stand at:
* A first mortgage single family loan limit is $417,000
* A first mortgage two family loan limit is $533,850
* A first mortgage three family loan limit is $645,300
* A first mortgage four family loan limit is $801,950
* A second mortgage loan limit is constant at $208,500
* In Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands these limits
increase by 50%
According to Fannie Mae, which sets the perimeters for the FHA loans, the loan limits for 2008 will stay the same as they were in 2006 and 2007. However, and increase could occur in coming years due to the bill that is currently awaiting congressional approval.

My sister told me that she’s still in the hunt for properties because she can still find properties that they want and fits their budget. So I’ve tried to help her when I went online because I was looking for Medicaid information for me. I went to government website because according to my aunt who’s currently working in the government offices, she told me that there are properties for sale listed on their website.
So while searching for 30 minutes and scanning the whole website, I gave up searching because I can’t find any. So where to find the properties? Thats my biggest question, so I called my aunt, she told me that it is listed already on different bank auctions. Ok, great so I have to go to bank’s auction to know what properties are for sale. I hate to go out and look for properties. I hope I could just look at it online.
